Start Sequence Sounds

I 0 Play sounds for race start sequence. Sounds at 5mins, 4mins, 1mins and then each second for the last 10 seconds.

Use Discard Profile

I 0 A discard profile can be used to include the best 'n' results for a series. The default profile allows a maximum of one third of race results to be discarded per series.

Edit PY Numbers

I 0 Add/edit or delete Portsmouth Yardstick numbers here. You can also change a single Portmouth Yardstick number by editing a boat.

Import Series

You can import a single series or ALL series that someone has emailed to you. Copy the block of characters contained in the email into the box below and then click the button to start the import. Import

Export Series

Export This provides a complete export of all series. If you wish to export a single series, select the series and click on the results tab. The export button is at the bottom of this page

All Series

Start by either creating a Series or clicking on a existing Series. A series can contain one or more races (we often run 3 races on a Sunday!). You can add as many races to a series as you wish.

Boats

The list shows all boats registered for this series. When you add a new boat the intellisense dropdown will help you as you type.

When you select a boat type the Portsmouth Yardstick number is added automatically.

Races

Add and enter race results here. The view shows one race at a time. You can navigate between races by using the arrows.

Results can be entered manually by clicking on the result. Results can also be entered automatically by using 'Start Clock' and tapping 'Lap' as each boat completes a lap. When all boats are finished sailing then stop the clock (this won't affect lap times)
