If you like racing boats and aren’t sure about the rules I came across a completely free game e-regata.
In a word, it is fantastic! You steer your boat around a sailing course (4 to 5 mins) against other people. You must adhere to the ‘racing rules of sailing‘ including having to perform penalties if you are naughty.
Its a great way to learn racing rules, you can play against other people and it’s free. I absolutely recommend it!
